Especially at this time of unrest when still more terrible Black murders are being committed, when millions of children are missing world-wide through human trafficking (of which in the U.S., 60% come from the foster care and adoption sytems) and when we face an impending future with the Declaration of North America going into effect amongst world-wide chaos... the list goes on. But we can all take a moment of our day - maybe each week - to gather and be present in the moment. And start to release the outside noise so that we can focus on within.
