{"post":"In a push to get The North East Region known through your the country I’m working with an R&B artists from the North East that tours the country performing at NFL and MLB games singing the National Anthem and gospel concerts.

I’m working on getting chapters to get in on a compilation with her after I finish the her music video “LIVE IT UP” this song that I’m posting is blowing up here while Live It Up is blowing up in Europe.

{"post":"If you are finding it hard to communicate with the chapter our side of posting events. Consider getting a PR person for your chapter so that they can communicate with us for the chapter.

Each chapter to work productively, needs a board.

{"post":"In terms of communication chapters are listed as plugged in or unplugged.

To communicate and make the region strong is a choice. I make it very easy for everyone to be able to communicate. Chapters that choose not plug in will not able to access the benefits created by the chapters that choose to b plugged in.

Plugged in means to

1: come here and read what other chapters are doing and responds.

2: To come and post here so other chapters and the region know what you are doing so we can all respond accordingly.

3: Get in the monthly regional conference. calls.

4: Chapters actively participating in the growth of the region and the East Coast Region of Hip Hop Congress.

5: making conferences calls and being part of the decision making process.

Benefits of being plugged in.
1: You are receiving funds for collective fundraising events.

2: Promotions.

3: Being invited to shows and performances.

4: Benefiting from the resources that plugged in chapters created."}

With all the different chapters we have now, I'm going to start formulating a plan to attract sponsors.

1: We are working on choosing a day and time for our Monthly Regional phone of virtual conference. Weekends seems to be the best times

2: I am working on Putting to the an East Coast Board and a North East Advisory Board. In order of a chapter to have a representative on either board the chapter must be fully functioning with a full board.

3: I'm working with National to develop point systems for members to cash in for HHC swag or downloadable mix tracks.

4: I'm working on developing the foundation for a Virtual tour sponsored by each chapter. There will be tickets sold and money going to chapters that sponsor that leg of the tour. This will be discuss at the meeting.
