It has been quite a while
Since I wrote, sang, or danced
It has been surreal
Like I've been in a trance
Puppeted by those
Who needed my grace
I devolved and dissolved
Hiding my face
I gave every ounce
To everyone else
The need was great
So I sacrificed myself
Where have I gone?
Lost in grief
What did I need?
Peace and relief
What will I do
When balance is restored?
Will I find the Fire
In my words once more?
Will the Storm return
Or will it be quenched
When Sapphire waves
Rise and are sent
I slowly step forward
On the path before me
Calling Saphfire Storm
To finally be free...
