Kiexiza Rodriquez, (or Kie as she prefers to be called), was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. She was always known as having a vivacious, and creative soul from a very young age, which pushed her to embrace her love for the creative arts world. She took charge of her multicultural heritage, upon learning of her mixed heritage. At the insistence of friends, she sat down to express her life, in written words. The final product was her literary debut, “The Beautiful Mess Series.” Which is a collection of five novels that touch upon different aspects of Kiexiza's life in a realistic, but fictional way.
Entering the work force at age 16, to work at the family’s store, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and has always yearned to own her own business. Starting her career in marketing & promotion, in the late 1900’s, Kie has worked with many companies, creating newsletters, compiling customer databases, searching, and interviewing indie artist and vendors for monthly showcases, street-team work, artist management and more. She has equal experience in the food industry, earning a certificate in Culinary Arts in 2013.
One to always have her hands in many cookie jars, she is currently co-owner of Sofa Chats Radio, DiamondStar Entertainment and Diamond Butterfly. In November or 20121 she signed as an artist with PAGETHELABEL and thus restarted her musical journey, after about 2 decades off.. She is also republishing her Beautiful Mess novel series, as well as back on the circuit performing her poetry. She stepped back on the screen with a role in the series Chronos Mercury and has also landed and is auditioning for other roles. She is also a writer and radio host for The City Beat Magazine, and The City Beat IRadio. She is also a brand ambassador for Beaute Queen Cosmetics, and Wonderfully Made 13914, as well as a Mary Kay and Tupperware Consultant.
As you can see Kie, wears many hats, but she gives them all her full attention and still has many dreams floating around in her creative mind.
