I really loved the opening comments on my last post so I thought I'd leave another art piece image below and talk some about my inspiration behind the drawing.
This piece was started in late October 2022 and completed December 21,2022. It was done for my husband as a Christmas gift. The drawing takes the viewers on a cross country road map of everything that has happened in my life with my husband from getting engaged and married to pulling thru isolation and him supporting me thru a massive self harm problem two years ago that nearly cost me my life.
In doing the drawing I hadn't realized there were quite so many things I wanted to draw \"about\" like drawing is somehow like writing a story but that's what I hope for at the end of the day... that when my audience looks at my work, to them it's like reading a book"}

I\'m trying to get myself out there again after a long break (8 years) with alot of health issues that took 50 percent of the mobility in my dominant hand. My new art style has adapted and I think kinda like it enough to ask for critique on social media platforms now. I\'m also seeking to get freelance work assignments at this point as well. I hope everyone likes this drawing. The drawing is one of a collection to bring awareness to mental illness. This one is about social spiritual and cultural isolation

Also create a business page by clicking on the Hamburg menu to the left and click on pages and create page. Create a professional looking page.
Also the man focus is to create healing so talk about how the process has helped you and let’s talk about doing work shops where you can discuss art and I’m not using big words today :) it helps with trauma, depression, increase energy etc.

Jewelia Rex I'm really getting used to the format here. Very different from Facebook Twitter all that, more down to earth here I absolutely LOVE IT! I think I will share more on that.
In the physical I had my good days, but then my days where I surprised myself and I really had to draw through that pain but the mental parts were what I really wanted to capture because my illness has Essential taken me like that tiger and put me in box after box of isolation every time a new diagnoses was added to the list of health issues I have. I placed him in that spot in downtown scuz it's noisy. It's rude. It's stuffy and congested just the way any person would feel with 7 Dr's crammed up their ars every week. But then his colors were there in a Grey space and he was free so in looking at the finished picture i was free
That I guess was the mental process and story of what I was at that time and still go through alot. I had thought up after that to do several pieces of mental states as images drawing scenarios of "I'm going thru this and it looks EXACTLY like this" scenarios like comen. Tiger in the park and anybody in that where is Waldo inspired drawing is looking it him? Wtf is going on there??
